Alan Turner (piano/vocals) teams with Kat Caton to deliver a unique blend of songs made famous by jazz greats such as Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughan, Loius Armstrong, and more recent names as Diana Krall and Norah Jones.
Alan has many years performance experience & is well known & respected within the music industry. Alan is a highly sought after instrumentalist able to play proficiently on piano, organ, flute & saxophone (soprano, alto & tenor).
Jazzcab has been the resident band for 18 months at the Adelaide Baron Townhouse, and has performed at many private & corporate functions.
The duo can be increased in size to include double bass, drums, guitar or Saxophone.
Jazzcab develop a great rapport with the audience & are eager to play any songs that may be requested.
Yesterday Once More – Carpenters Tribute Show
In 2020, Kat Caton & Alan Turner formed “Caton Turner Music Production” company.
The first show under this new company was the beautiful tribute to the brother & duo of the 1970’s and early 1980’s ,The Carpenters.
This 80 minute cabaret act has been booked in many local venues and theatres, including the Marion Cultural Centre, The Noarlunga Theatre, Prospect Town hall, The Parks Theatre, Golden Grove Theatre, Murray Bridge Town Hall , Goolwa Centenary Hall and Diverse City.

Sonic Divas
Two established performers, Katrina Caton and Jacqui Lim, have come together to form Adelaide’s newest music sensation – Sonic Divas. The combination of Katrina, singer and guitarist, and Jacqui, singer and pianist, brings a unique versatility to be able to provide a wide variety of musical genres and styles.
Perfect for any occasion, they can perform acoustically or accompanied by sequenced backing music. This means they can play ‘easy listening’ dinner music, and also provide a real main stage energetic performance suitable for dancing. They have performed at various hotels and venues, including the Adelaide Convention Centre, AAMI Stadium and Sky City Casino.
Katrina and Jacqui both have a love of performing and enjoy their time on stage, giving them the ability to build a rapport with any audience. With their experience, professionalism and extensive repertoire, this makes them the perfect choice for any high profile event, wedding, or other function. They are constantly adding to their repertoire which ranges anywhere from the 70’s or even earlier, to current Top 40 hits.

KataTonic
KataTonic is Kat Caton and Toni Clark. Toni has been playing guitar professionally for over 25 years and builds and plays them for a living! Toni is very well known locally as the lead guitarist with former all girl band LA Maid as is highly sought after as a session player. Toni recently has played support gigs with Pink’s very own guitarist Justin Derrico.
When teamed up with Katrina this duo really knows how to rock a crowd with party anthems. KataTonic can also expand to add Jacqui from Sonic Divas to create a three piece band rich in vocal harmonies and including piano. It is also possible for the addition of a bass player and drummer to really pump up the sound! The larger band is an excellent choice for larger corporate shows where dinner music may be required early in the night.
